Michael Johnson: Founder
- 25 years of high-tech engineering and business experience

Dr. Frederick Adurodija: Senior Vice President of Technology
Fred has spent over 20 years developing expertise in thin film and photovoltaic applications and has worked on all facets of the HelioVolt FASST technology, from substrate preparation to metal contacts.
- Has held a variety of science and engineering positions at high-profile institutions which resulted in over seventy (70) publications and patents.
- International experience at companies, national labs, and universities in South Korea, Taiwan, Japan and Canada.
- Has specifically developed thermoelectric, CdTe, CIGS and transparent conducting oxide films, as well as characterization of various other oxide, nitride and telluride films.
- Has vast experience with CVD and reactive ion etching processes.
